Damian from Alpha has been brilliant to deal with. His communication is excellent, he was accommodating to our timeline and the shed was ready exactly as promised. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Ten out of ten.

I bought one of their 9 x 6 x 2.7 sheds back in 2005 and 16 years later still very happy with it. Do read the floor installation instruction. It states to not concrete right up to the sheet. I bought 5 of 6m 75x35 and welded them upright around the bottom between the backside of the legs and the sheet to create a 30mm gap once the sheets were fitted and this gives you the edge to work from when screeding the concrete. You can literally hose the shed out straight over this edge. Absolutely no rust or corrosion on the sheets after 16 year. Fit the sheet lower so nothing blows in under the wall sheeting.

I had previously dealt with Alpha around 25 years ago, and they were the first people I called when requiring a carport/verandah. The quote seemed reasonable and I paid the desposit. Of course local Council approvals take time, but once this was finalised, Alpha ensured my structure was completed well before a planned event at my house. One slight issue was that the bottom capping on my side-screen was not included ... the salesman should have pointed this out and offered it as an option. But overall, very happy. The installer got it up in a day ... there were a couple of bits and pieces that he needed to tidy up, and he came back a few days later to absolutely complete the job. We've had a couple of decent rains since, and the carport/verandah has passed the test ... no leaks and water drains away correctly. Thank you again, Alpha Industries ... I have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Wish I could give Alpha Industries a zero star rating. Worst SA business I’ve ever had to deal with. Payed $2000 on a deposit from Ben the sales rep for a pergola that he quoted the job went to council approval and was all approved it took over 6 months. They advised me they need to do a final measure before they would build the kit. Which I was advised they couldn’t do the job quoted for and that they would give me my deposit back. Yet to receive my $2000 deposit back. Be careful of this business. DO NOT BUY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WASTE 6 MONTHS OF YOUR LIFE.

I am left wondering where things have gone wrong.. The other reivews talk about communication, delivery etc and I am sitting here well over 12 months trying to get information and not one call from alpha - still no shed and never have given me one call .. I am at a lost for words and just sheer frustrated on this matter.

Don’t normally write a review but Alpha industries truly deserve praise. By far the best value and great customer service. From the initial enquiry to the time the shed was delivered. I was kept informed and the service was awesome. Everything I needed was supplied. Amazing company, will definitely recommend to all my family and friends. All in all, it has been a pleasure to work with a fantastic South Australia company. Thank you for everything.
