I have bought many air conditioning products through air conditioning warehouse sales and have nothing but good words to say about them. They always have what l need in stock for same day pick up, at a great price with very friendly service.
Its a pleasure doing business with Brendon & Silvio, they never let me down.
Very much disappointed with Airconditioning Warehouse Sales. It seems that there is a lack of communication between the staff especially when you wish to make some sort of deal with them.
The have one staff member there probably a junior however when I approached him, he simply replied with a price. When I explained to him that I can get cheaper (which I could and I had evidence as proof), he wouldn't do that.
Not that he couldn't... he wouldn't. He the smugly told me that someone else came in and ordered nine air-conditioning units and asked for a discount, he left the premises with the nine units for the listed price. What he didn't know and tried to explain to him that someone there had already advised me that I could get cheaper however he smugly refused.
It seemed that this junior wasn't interested because I came in with 15-minutes of opening time and he most likely wanted to go home for Friday night.
There were other incidences that I refuse to release however I suggest that you can get cheaper air-conditioning not far away if you look hard enough.
Approximate cost: $1800.00

Sorry for your experience with our company. When we buy from the manufacturers we buy in great quantity to try to obtain the best discounts possible and then pass these discounts onto our customers. Our sales person was correct as our advertised price is the price, we offer our best price straight up so you don’t need to haggle or pay cash for further discounts etc, just the best prices straight up – no games. This is a very new store and since writing your review we now have new staff with a better knowledge and understanding of what we do. We do appreciate your feedback and from this we have worked to fix the issues so this won’t happen again.

The issue with this deal was that I had concrete evidence to state that I could purchase the same air-conditioner but cheaper than your price.
You claim that you can get the lowest price but I proved that you couldn't and your staff WOULDN'T match.
Unfortunately in these days where every cent counts, I work hard for my money therefore I should not simply throw it away therefore haggling has become the norm in this culture.
Other companies has done that successfully and I have purchased much more air conditioners from them since our event which means that your company lost all that business by foul service.
Once again I appreciate your response however I cannot accept your excuse especially when it comes to such "lowest price".
