I have been a patient here for approximately two years. Whilst the orthotics are excellent the service has been ordinary. Twice when I have had adjustments made to my orthotics the lab used does not send the orthotic back as per the required prescription. On return to absolute footcare, the orthotics are not checked to see if they are correct. The store phones for them to picked up. You think you are getting back the orthotics with the required prescription and the required adjustments but you are not. Once you realise the mistake, you are required to go back to store to have them sent off again only to have to pick them up again.

I have been a Patient at Absolute Footcare for over 10years I started at Southport and then once another clinic at Runaway Bay opened it was more convenient for me. All of the Staff are so friendly and always make me feel welcome, which is very important to make sure Patients are at ease. Daniel looks after my feet; I have ingrown toenails that require me to have regular visits every five weeks. Daniel is very professional, attentive and efficient, my visits are painless and he makes my toenails look normal. I would not consider going to any other Podiatrist because of the wonderful service I receive. Thank you so much.

They are more interested in getting as much money as they can out of you rather than providing a good service. On my first visit they strapped both my feet, even though I was only having trouble with one foot. Within a couple hours my good foot was hurting badly as they had strapped it too tight. I told them I wanted an orthotic insert on the first visit and that I only wanted two appointments. On the second appointment they said they couldn't do the foot scan, yet did very little else. On the third appointment they did the scan which took five minutes. As I was leaving they demanded $400 payment for the orthotic insert they were ordering from the scan. I told them I only had $200 on me and that I would pay the other $200 when I returned for the fourth appointment two weeks later. Two weeks later they informed me they hadn't ordered the insert because I hadn't paid the $200 balance I said I would pay when I returned. I asked for the $200 back and said I would go elsewhere. When I asked for the 3D scans paid for on the third visit they told me they couldn't give them to me. It was only when I threatened to go to my healthcare provider they gave them to me.

As soon as I walked through the door I was treated with the atmost care and respect. My appointment with Adrian was thorough and I was given options to help relieve and fix my foot.

I have been attending Absolute Footcare for many years. I cannot fault any members of staff at all. They are so helpful and caring especially to their older customers ( my observation. ) well done Toby and the team in keeping me free of back and leg pain with the custom made orthotics.

Our first contact was with Luke, some 4 or 5 years ago. The service and professionalism was outstanding.
We continued and use the excellent services of Tobi - a man with light hands and dedication to his clients.

in to Runaway , and Aleisha has sorted out my foot problems and I am now pain free. Definitely recommended.

Daniel Wiendl from Runaway Bay is brilliant. I have been seeing Daniel since August 2019. I am very happy with his professionalism. Even though he is a German, Daniel is as good bloke !
