Our local sewing group invited Troy to a weekend meeting to sharpen our scissors and kitchen knives. Troy was professional in his interactions, arrived early and despite some unexpected delays he was patient and polite. The scissors have been sharpened perfectly and burrs removed, my kitchen knife is amazingly sharp. Troy was honest about what he couldn't do (pinking shears) and had us all test out our scissors to ensure we were pleased with the result. The price was very reasonable. We will be inviting Troy again next year. Thank you Troy.
