Recently had all my knives sharpened by Troy and couldn't be happier. Service was friendly , efficient and he has some great tips and advice to help you maintain them. Very happy and it's so nice to cook with super sharp knives! Troy is very professional and will always go the extra mile.

A reasonably priced knife sharpening that did an excellent job. The knives were sharper than when we bought them! Friendly service, reasonable speed and he even provided us with some tips about how to care for our knives in future (which I always appreciate - means I know we're not just being ripped off).

I've had knives sharpened before, but nothing come close to the superb job done by Troy. My knives are like scalpels. I don't believe they were this sharp when new.

In addition, I received a full tutorial on keeping them sharp. Started by assessing the various sharpening tools I've collected over the years (most of them useless) plus instruction on using my steel and the honing block.

Could not be more pleased. The best money spent in a long time.
