Cal was very helpful when I rang to enquire about a service they'd done on the car 18 months before I bought it. It was 12 months overdue for a service but they still did a Super Service, which seems cheap for what they did. They even blacked the tyres after rotating them! Cal rang me to tell me some other things that needed doing but I was in no way pressured to have them done that day. I particularly liked the way Cal went through the invoice, explaining what had been done, instead of assuming, because I'm a woman, that I wouldn't understand. I've booked the car in again, for next week, mainly because I was so impressed by their customer service.

Rang the day before for tyres and wheel alignment, booked in for 8am next morning dropped the car off then had brekky then was called at 9.30 to say all done! Fantastic prompt service from a friendly and professional team.

We have been taking our cars to Bendigo Tyre Plus for several years now and have enjoyed the consistently good service and quality of the car servicing that they offer. They change over our tyres as needed and have also tended to some bigger issues (one of our older cars had an auto transmission problem).
