I purchased a electric scooter stating speed upto 25km and weight limit 110kg. The scooter would not move beyond 11-15km with my teenage son on it. It only reached 25km with someone 50kg. If your looking to purchase a scooter dont be fooled by the advertising. I will never buy again from this unprofessional store. They refused a full refund and only wanted to give me store cridet minus $100 off the amount i paid even though the scooter was 1 week old.

Myopia has basically just stolen $788 from me,my order hasn't arrived & I don't think I will,now they avoid me when asking for my refund..please don't buy anything from these arsehole thieves

Do not buy from those people. They have NO support or warranty center. All they want is your money for some chines junk destined to the OZ landfill. They do not answer any phone calls. You can leave a message or send an email and in three days time you get an email back, asking you to upload a video on what is not working. They recommend a site THAT WILL sell/steal your details.

I bought two Valk ebikes from Mytopia and both ebikes have the same issue. The pedal just got wobbly and fell off the crank. Both bikes costs more than $1000 each. We want a refund because we are not happy about the quality of the bikes. Mytopia asked us to pack the bikes and send it back to them without any assurance that they will give us refund. Such a hassle thing to do.
I wanted to talk to them directly but they don’t have direct contact number.

Total waste of time and money.

Bought a scooter that arrived with a faulty front wheel which made it unusable. Non-stop emailing and they eventually sent me a replacement wheel with no instructions on how to replace it.

More emails and finally received a 12 minute minute video. Spent ages trying to follow it during which I managed to damage one part and found another that was already damaged with no hope of me fixing it.

Mytopia insists the only hope of mediation is in me spending even more time and effort to re-package and freight it to them so their experts can decide if it's truly dysfunctional.

I threw the whole lot in the bin and can't recommend having anything to do with Mytopia.

Cost to me was $400 and more hours and stress than I wish to discuss.

Not very helpful..
They don't return emails and trying to call by phone always goes to some very confusing messaging service.
There are no humans here, just soulless automation.

Impressed with the super fast dispatch - literally next morning- I ordered the night before… then I had an issue with an incorrect part for the pressure washer; I contacted them and sent some photos and they sent the right part out straight away! Still a smooth transaction even with the hiccup with the part, would definitely recommend

THE WHOLE WEBSITE IS A SCAM!
Product info, their policy listed in the website is all misleading. They will never admit that their product is faulty or not same as described, hence, never refund you.

If they make a mistake like they did in my case, they expect you to pay to have it fixed, never even made an honest attempt to solve my problem, it was my problem according to their attitude..avoid buying from this store.

Worst experience I have ever had with a online store, they ignored my email and 2 days later still sent the item I asked not to send, lady taking the orders claimed she had no contact with the warehouse she will not listen to reason....the options she gave me is to return it by mail, pay $100 out of my own pocket for delivery (because running a bad operation is apparently the customer's fault) and once my item gets back to them they will deduct a 20% service and handling fee...the rest out of $150 is my store credit lol..STAY AWAY

She actually suggested I sell it on Gumtree to recoup more of my money
