We recently switched from Affordable Holiday Club to Yonda Black. Sam was very helpful (and patient) while we worked to understand how the change would benefit us. Have just booked our first reservation for our next holiday in May 2023 with Shelby. Shelby got us a great deal on our long term campervan hire and saved us over $1,000. Looking forward to more great deals ahead.

Initially contacted by phone by Yonda some time ago well after they purchased Affordable Holidays client base. Told them that when I discovered Affordable went into liquidation I joined another similar firm. I explained that unfortunately their call was a little late & I was not interested. I have been contacted twice, once by phone & the latest by text from Amy, since then & have restated the situation. With the latest contact I added that COVID & health issues had meant that I had hardly used my credit with the other company & it was unlikely I would use it all. I got empathy for my situation plus a push to upgrade plus the credits from the other business could be "validated". I again declined & requested they delete me from their client list and not contact me. It would appear that they have finally realised that I was not buying so their, hopefully final, response was "With pleasure. good riddance."

Spoke to the lovely Lara today who negotiated a great deal for us (after I had spent a substantial amount of time on the internet doing my own research) . Have always found her to be bright friendly and efficient. Thank you Lara

Have used in the past and was offered a good service and good holiday rates. Have since been contacted due to change of name and updated my vouchers. Look forward to ease of holiday/short getaway bookings in the future through Yonda.

Rhonda explained the improvements to the Club now they are owned by Yonda & decided to continue using them as more options are available. Like the idea of have a 'personalised' service

Saved lots using vouchers and the AH team organised our accommodation in a great hotel right in the heart of Sydney. Will definitely be booking with them again.

I'm being asked for another upgrade. Last year I upgraded & was told it was the absolute last & would get up to 70% discount. I've been conned so won't fall for it again. They are very pushy. Not happy at all. Also I'm a pensioner & have lots of vouchers that I'll never use as they don't have anything that would interest me. The information given when I joined has turned out to be false.
