I've recently given the AH team another go and the girls have been great. Helpful and prompt with bookings. They are always courteous and have given good holiday advice.

I am so upset by this group. I upgraded a few months back as we were planning on doing a fair bit of travel in the next year or so as Hubby has terminal cancer and I thought maybe this could help us afford accommodation. Then last week I get a call wanting me to spend 1999 to upgrade our membership! I explained that the money was needed to fund the holidays not on a bigger discount and explained why. The woman just kept offering cheaper deals while I am saying we don't have extra money. We dont get a pension and we still owe on our home. She was so persistant and I was getting more and more distressed begging her to stop. eventually she had the deal down to 499 which just goes to show what a rip off it is. And still kept going. I was like what part of he is dying don't you understand???? Eventually got off the phone but then I get the same call again today and I was quite rude and blunt and still this woman persisted. I am really not happy, I feel the money I spent a few months back has been wasted now out of what was a small holiday budget to begin with. Not happy.

Sods rang again today trying to con more money.. Also had vouchers with company which went broke. Had calls from them again today, and because they are now the Yonda Holiday Group, not going to be railroaded into upgrading them. What a waste of money. Woman told me Yonda had purchased the database and not our money..Liquidator should refund all of us!!. Said if the voychers were so good Yonda could buy mine back! however, guess what the answer was? NO... My advice is don't trust or touch this group with a forty foot pole! PACK OF SCAMMERS!!!

Don’t get caught. This company keeps phoning me every couple of weeks. I tell the I am not interested. I bought vouchers off them in 2008 & never used them as I could get better deals on line. They are so annoying. I keep blocking there calls but next time different phone no. Scammers
