Purchased my son's 1st pair of school shoes at the store, the service was excellent and they took their time ensuring that he got a shoe that fitted him properly as well as in my price range. The extra bonus (which made the experience special) was they took a polaroid photo and put it in a "my first pair of school shoes" card and the details of the size etc. Great service! Great experience!
