We went to Mogo Icecreamery for a treat during our holiday and it was excellent. I ordered the mango gelato 1 scoop in a cup and it was really much more like 2 scoops, my partner got the hokey pokey icecream in a waffle cone and again it was a huge serve. There's a nice outdoor seating area with shade. Very yummy gelato and icecream.

It's usually a bit more enjoyable to get takeaway from here and then go sit outside near the water as the inside dining area isn't very flash and there's a steady stream of customers. Very fresh fish and well cooked chips.

Nice little cafe for a quick lunch in Bowral. I had the salmon omelette and it was tasty and a big serve, the salad wasn't very interesting but it was fresh.

Great patisserie on the main road of Bowral. Their cakes are amazing, I always find it really difficult to decide. Lovely service and a really enjoyable place to sit and catch up with friends.

I called here last minute before a family event to get a general clean and check of my teeth. They were able to get me in on a cancellation just 2 days later and Dr Hardwick did a great job.

This is a really fun place on a weekend, they do amazing cocktails and there's often people salsa dancing on the dance floor. They run dance classes during the week and on Columbia Independence Day they have a massive crowd and do drinks specials. It's an intimate little club that has a friendly and warm atmosphere.

Academy has a great dance floor and a nice cocktail lounge upstairs. However there's always a cover charge and it's usually the most expensive in Civic. The music is generally techno style and often there's a tonne of strobe lighting going on. Occasionally they do Raw FM launches which a good nights and you can often score a free CD or drinks vouchers.

This is a nice little bar on the edge of Tuggeranong. They outdoor area is really pretty and has lots of different sections which are quite private so you can sit in peace without having to be crowded. There's usually great live music on the weekends and during winter they light indoor and outdoor fires which creates a lovely atmosphere.

I was a member of Body Blitz for nearly a year prior to becoming pregnant. They offer a great service of doing a one-on-one session when you join to create a personal program for you. This includes the trainer showing you how to correctly use all the equipment which was great for me as I wasn't very confident with the weights machines. Having the swipe key for 24/7 access is really convenient.

This site has now changed so you pretty much only get paid for signing up to competitions or mailing lists. There are virtually no surveys and the few that I get are really low paying or I screened out straight away. It usually takes close to 2 months to get your redemption as well.
