I was very satisfied with the overall service, the two guys were friendly and professional. I was told that they would arrive between 11am and 1pm and would call me in advance to say they were on their way. I got a call at 10.45am, saying they were on their way and they arrived bang on 11am. The move was easy, everything arrived and it happened more quickly than I'd anticipated. I thought they had left one of the bookcase shelves in the truck but when I spoke to someone at HomeMove they said it's common that it's left at the bottom of the bookcase. And lo and behold, there is was when I went home to look. One last thing that would make me absolutely recommend these guys is their integrity - one of their men overcharged us by a half an hour. The following Monday (we moved on a Saturday) I was called and informed about this and the money was reimbursed straight onto my credit card. I was incredibly impressed by this because I had not picked up on. This is the type of company you want to do business with - Excellent service, great communication, professional staff with integrity.
