I had to go looking for some tools and equipment for my dad and partner. they were very helpful and explaine dthings clearly as I had no idea just names that i was told. Im have been in more than once now and they have recently renovated the factory so now it looks more like a shop which is more appealing from a females perspective. the staff are very welcoming and have good customer service

Went to these guys to organise some tiles for the bathroom renovations. They were very helpful and able to provide different options and advice for the job at hand. What made this business stand out was that 1. they had a play area for the kids who had to come with me when having to choose the tiles - which was great when you have 3 year old who you don't know how long will last at a shop and 2. spent as much time as I needed with providing samples and recommnedations for the renovation. exceptional customer service

I was recommended Chris by my uncle and it was a fantastic recommendation. Chris had to come out as recent bathroom renovations done by another tradesman were done poorly and the other person didn't want to take repsonsiblity for the problem. So Chris came in (on another persons work-which was fantastic) and fixed the problem - shower filling up with water and basin leaking into vanity unit. He explained exactly what needed to be done and the rationale for same. he was respectful even though it is quite clear that the original trademsan is poor at his job.

Installed cabinet in recent bathroom renovation. very professional with taking quote and phoning up price with idenifying variables in cost depending on mateirals chosen. Vanity and matching shaving cabinet were built well and made the bathroom look great.

great turkish kebabs - the best falafels and salads going round werribee. big feed with the kebab - can hardly fit it in. can eat in or take away. restaurant is spcious though can get a little noisy with alot of people in there. sometimes best to phone ahead your order as the wait for takeway can be abit lengthy.

Have used these guys a few times for some facy dress parties and they have a great range and variety. if they don't have what you are after then they will definitely help you organise something appropriate. reasonably priced. energetic and helpful staff, appropriate opening times.

Lovely food - had finger food and plenty catered for. can be a bit pricey -$1.10-$3.00 per piece. but great range of food - plenty of vego options which I loved. when contacting staff to organise they are very helpful and arrnaged for me at reasonably short notice

Wonderful fresh flowers and amazing presentation. Have received flowers from them on a number of occassions and just recently saw some more that a friend received. flowers last ages and designs that they come in are awesome - not the usual boxed presentation.

Lovely children's clothing store that has beautiful childrens' labels like eeni meeni and pure baby. stocks items that the usual dept stores don't have and that other stores similar nearby don't have particulalry in the country. Kerri is lovely and will assist you with whatever you need - actually emailed me some sites for baby slings as she didn't have them in stock for me to follow up.

Have been going to this store prior to it becoming a franchised health store though the same lady owns the shop. They have great staff and who are willing to offer advice or let you roam the store and look at what they have on offer, great range of products and they know there stuff.
