Disgusting company Do Not Use - The business does not have the right to be called Fantastic.
Took my money and left me without a cleaner for an end of lease cleaning service. They have since admitted the cleaner they employed was not up to the standard to provide a clean but forced me to pay $100's of dollars in rent and a different cleaning service that cost me over double what this company charged me.
Have had two customer service managers offer me a credit to re-book their services (which will never happen) and genuinely have no ability to understand the severity of the issues they caused.
