I went in to get advice on starting home brewing. The owner, Lindsay was very helpful and encouraging. With my seventh brew I had advanced to partial mash and was persuaded to enter my brew in a nearby show. I took out second prize and was very happy. Lindsay continues to encourage and suggest ways for improvement.
