Just a quick email to let you know that I was very happy with the job that Ryan did yesterday.

The vehicle had been heavily smoked in and literally smelt like a cigarette.

Ryan explained the process he would go about in a very professional and polite manner.

The result was excellent and he also cleaned up some marks on the headlining which also came up excellent.
