Emma and the team- and it is a team- are very efficient and cope with late decisions and changes of plans with equanimity and humour. One always has confidence in any aspect they recommend whether it be Airlines, Hotels or places to go. They will anticipate your needs to if you forget to specify some of the little things like transfers etc
If there is a problem while travelling, they have always been available and genuinely concerned to help and make whatever alternative arrangements are possible or give advice. Never had a problem with anything EWT has organised for our family
