These guys quoted "fixed price" over the phone that turned out to be $100 for 15 minutes work because they hardly did anything. Their "fixed price" also was more than their quote due to unforeseen things (they seemed very busy over the phone and not interested to provide a proper quote).

And their overall quote was $200 more than over the phone because they conveniently "misheard" what I told them. So I decided to go elsewhere for the larger work.

The older plumber was also pretty rude and just kept demanding his money and wanting to leave, although the younger one was still working out the quote.

I'd stay away from them and only use them if 10 other plumbers you called are busy.

Good food, big servings, good service and for me, excellent location! Even better, it's in the Entertainment Book and with the discount voucher, it's great value for money!

Fantastic Chinese restaurant with super quick and efficient service (how do they get the dishes out so quickly when the restaurant's packed!). Prices are terrific and the food is consistently delicious with big servings. For some reason, the lady boss at the cashier seems to have a black face most of the time (not rare for a Chinese restaurant I guess).

This restaurant has a lot of fantastic dishes, including its famous roast duck and egg plant dishes. The main problem is the restaurant is very tiny and always packed. On one occassion a table ordered a spicy sizzling dish and almost everyone was coughing due to the poor ventilation. The waiting time can also be quite long if there are alot of take-away orders. Still, service is good and price is very affordable and it's one of my favourite Chinese restaurants.

Newly established Malay restaurant that's pretty good value for money and with a good selection of yummy dishes. However I found the service to be quite slow.

Excellent menu and good value for money, with good service to boot! Lots of entree-size dishes for you to try, along with the standard Japanese main dishes. One of my favourite restaurants!

I've eaten here a few times. It started as my favourite pizzeria but the quality is inconsistent and for my last couple of times I found the pizzas were pretty disappointing and it's like the pizza hasn't been in the oven for long enough. The restaurant is also very noisy and the service is quite poor and nothing to write home about.

This place was introduced by my best friend as her favourite Italian restaurant. Having been there a few times now, I agree it certainly is one of the best ones in Perth and great value for money! The tiramisu is awesome and we always end up ordering it!

I tried this place last week and must say that they have one of the best pizzas in Perth! The service is a bit sedated and you're there for the pizza and it's well worth it!
