I contacted the hypnotherapist Suzy Teixera with the aim of solving an anxiety problem and principles of panic attacks.
With only three sessions I've noticed significant improvements, not only in relation to the problem itself, but in relation to other aspects, somehow linked, such as stress and self-confidence, even managing to leave all the medication for anxiety.
I also learned self hypnosis that I practice regularly today, being for me a fundamental tool for my physical, emotional and mental balance.
Thanks to this practice I can achieve levels of calmness and relaxation that only after a month of vacation could achieve. In this way my productivity has increased, as well as my ability to use my maximum potential during the day. Every time I had a session with Suzy I felt a unique peace of mind.
