I could write a short novel about my dealings with this company. I will always remember them as telecom, cause that's how long I've had trouble with them. From home phones to mobile to internet, they stuff it up. Possibly one of the worst companies in Australia. A disgrace.

Started my own business at a time when NRMA were running tv ads constantly about how quick they respond to business insurance inquiries. Took them 3 weeks to get back to me delaying the start of the business, weren't particularly sorry either. That and the dodgy online bidding for smash repairs jobs. Wouldn't go near them if I were you.

Good location, near the train station and main street. Quite a big store with a big range of movies. Good for food and drink at night with no other convenience shops nearby.

Great place to get fruit and veg, better quality than supermarkets. Similar value although marginally cheaper. Good specialty shops and proper butchers.

Pretty good value Asian food with some carvery foods and desserts. Has been consistent quality over the years, not the best but much better than what you get at food courts in malls.

I bought a 2nd hand laptop from their website. 2 weeks after getting it the keyboard stopped working. I rang them and the guys were good on the phone and nice enough. I mailed it back and they sent a replacement, with an added bag. The day I got it back the mouse pad wouldn't work and the replacement only had a CD burner instead of the DVD burner I had originally paid for. Sent it back yet again, got it back, now works ok but is minus the DVD burner. After spending $20 postage twice and being without a computer for a couple weeks I couldn't be bothered posting it again to get my DVD burner back.

Kmart used to be a cheap place to get assorted products. Nowdays it's not nearly as cheap as other retailers. There seems to be no floor staff and a minimum of checkout and service desk staff. There is always a line up for returns.

Hungry jacks Dandenong is a typical Hungry Jacks fast food restaurant. Went there whist travelling. The food is better than McDonalds, just but the place is a mess.

Mcdonalds Weston is a typical McDonalds restuarant. Have got food from there several times. Not sure if they are open 24 hours. The car park is often dirty. Not entirely McDonalds' fault but they could hire a cleaner.

Searched for Rental properties and for Houses to buy. Looked at various houses in other towns and states, combined with google earth, got a good idea of area.
