Hello Brendan,

I would just like to say many thanks to you for your prompt attention to our slightly faulty blinds. They were replaced today and your workmen were here early, after a phone call to us 15 minutes before they arrived.

I would like to congratulate you and your company for your efficient approach from start to finish - We ordered the blinds last year and were told someone would come for a final measure, someone would phone approx 2 weeks after this to arrange a time for fitting and we were delighted when all this happened and the blinds were fitted as promised.

The quality of the blinds is obvious, as everyone who comes here comments on them. When we noticed the "weld" separating, I phoned you thinking a glue might be available for us to repair them. To have them replaced was not expected. The follow up was just the same as when we first ordered the blinds - a delightful girl to answer the phone, a pleasent conversation to solve our problem, a phone call back from you to let us know the new blinds were ready and a time they would be fitted - then another call to let us know the delivery time had changed by an hour.

We are in our late 60's and I must say that your company is the most efficient with the best communication that we have ever dealt with. Over the years we have spent many days just waiting for things to arrive (or not arrive), had days off work in case they arrive and we are just grateful to get the service you provide.
