This medical practice, does not treat people with severe disabilities, was told their books were full, friend of mine who is totally able bodied was able to register as a new patient 2 days later,The reception staff were friendly at first, until they found out I was wheelchair bound, was then told they were unable to assist me, they became aggressive when I asked them about the ethicalities of refusing medical treatment to a person with high care needs, they said their doctors are not trained to treat people with severe disabilities, feeling very neglected and discriminated against.
tried to register as new patient, and was basically told to leave, as they don't treat people with severe disabilities, & most health care card holders are bulk billed, if I were to become a patient I would not be bulk billed even to I am on a Health care card..also told I am not in area , I actually live 1 kilometre away if that, extremely unfriendly, rude staff...
Extremely unhelpful, refused health care, told to leave for no reason after 20 years at same clinic, by male dr, impossible to get important government forms filled out, now cannot get essential health services, medicare plans, physio, podiatry.. male dr will not discuss situation with anyone, also have now no longer access to essential, life saving medication, dr refuses to treat people with disabilities, and those in wheelchairs.. I find the male dr extremely rude..
I have always found the Woolies staff to be incredibly helpful, and friendly..Being in a wheelchair it can sometimes be hard to reach items, but for the Woolies staff nothing is ever too hard or too much trouble, they always seem to be ready to help. They get to know their regulars & build up thet special raport with them..Woolies really are the great Australian company

Sadly I have had 3 confirmed bouts of Food Poisoning from this particular shop, plus they are very wary of serving people in wheelchairs, that's my experience after sitting for 10 mins while everyone else around me was served,They used the excuse that "They did not see me" I do not believe this as one of the guys looked right at me and asked me "where's your carer?" then he proceeded to serve the person behind me..

The girls who are in the craft shop are unbelievably helpful, if you cant find something the will try & find it for you. They always greet you with a smile, and nothing ever really seems to hard for them.

Horrible, a place that treats the disabled with disregard and disrespect ,I was not happy with being spoken to in a nasty manner and also being accused of something ,that was not my fault at all, or IF my wheelchair misplaced the carpet, thats something that can be helped, and if it gets all torn then thats not the fault of 1 person in a wheelchair ..and being told that I have done that twice now is just plain rude and nasty.I it was me and I had of noticed that I had done it I would of said something..But its not the first time It has been suggested I dont come back.
