Even with my inserts in my shoes I still have a lot of pain by the end of the day. Z-Coils took that pain away instantly. I wear my springy shoes ALL the time and at the end of the day my feet don't have the pain I used to experience. People see these shoes and ask me about them, I even give them a try and they are amazed. I tell them " you know that song I will walk 1000 miles ", well I can walk 5000 miles haha.
