Robert is an excellent and very supportive broker. He explained the process every step of the way, was easily contactable and replied to calls, texts and emails very promptly. Ours was an extended settlement and he helped us re-apply for our loan after it had expired and to extend it twice, over the course of a year. He is still supporting us now, with the first home owners grant application - even though we have already settled on our property!
