Within 24 hours of contacting your company my garage door was opening again. Chris, the service man, actually arrived earlier than booked, but contacted me first to confirm that it was convenient to do so. He was very pleasant, efficient and professional in his approach, replaced the motor, tracks, inside switch and remotes, and explained the manual working of the door, if I should ever need it. He removed the old motor and tracks, and left everything clean and tidy.
