Great place for a quick on the go lunch with everything ready to go at lunch. Heaps of options and great tasting sandwiches. Have had a few different ones the blueburger was very tastey and the simple chicken and chives were the standouts. Reasonably priced for a lunch, didnt see too many seats there but they do have an outdoor seating on collins st.

Great place for specials and great deals from the friendly guys there. Always got looked after there and they always would beat the local supermarkets alcohol deals.

Great butcher in the Ballarat area, spent 4 years at Uni there and this place was a great shop with friendly owners and shop keepers. Always a great deal on whether is be afl grand final day and you get 60 snags for 20 bucks or something. Also amazing chciken pinwheels there, try them!

Nice pub to watch the AFL as they have a big screen, im guessing the big screen stays for other sports as well. Nice atmosphere with an open fire and tvs all around so you wont miss the action. Had the normal pub feed the parma and it was a good one, lots of chips and salad to go with it. Lacking with the background music when the sports werent on but all in all a good pub!

Such a great place for dinner and a drink, the Ocean grove pizza shop is the place to be. Awesome pizzas here and i would say just about the best ever! Always heaps of toppings and great tasting pizzas. Terrace special and meatlovers are the top picks for anyone visiting ocean grove.

Great place along Williamstown's waterfront. With a great range of food options its a palce not to be missed, they are known for their Stone Grill though. I had a fillet steak on the stone grill and it comes out to you as a raring hot stone plate and your steak slizzing away ontop, you decide how long you cook it for. Great way to eat and a fun experience to do. Great sauces with the steak and sides

Great shop for coffee or if your thinking cake or sweet treat stop here for sure. Huge range of cakes, slices, cupcakes and mouses, great place for a sit down and a break.

Great place for a night out, my girlfriend had a birthday so we stayed here for a night in a deluxe corner room which had amazing views of the MCG side and the bay as well. Moomba was on in Melbourne and it was a short walk to all the activities along the river and the fireworks at night were a great sight. Would recommend anyone staying in Melbourne to spend the bit extra for the Sofitel not a cheap hotel in the city and treat yourself to spectacular views of the city and a great nights sleep in the Sofitels special bed.

Best pizza/pasta restaurant in Melbourne for sure!!

I have been going here for a long time and it has never disappointed me, the atmosphere is always great no matter what night of the week you go, be sure to get in early or there sometimes can be a wait for a table but that's what you get when you're the best place in Melbourne to eat.

Bruschetta pizza is amazing even for a main meal not just a starter, best tip...get one between the table or by yourself it's a must here. Then you can even get a dessert pizza, rolled dough with nutella and chocolate toppings, awesome!

A big Chinese hot pot restaurant which looks like it can cater for a large group if you needed, all tables have a burner for the hot pot cook it yourself meat as well as the normal menu. I haven't done the hot pot but the menu items have all been of good quality and reasonable serving sizes. Dumplings and lemon chicken my fav with the special fried rice which is a winner here.
