Have been here a few times but only to the pub bit not the restaurant. They have a great outdoor area with tables and chairs and also bench seats while inside just like any other pub with a TAB area and a few long tables for bar meals and heaps of TV's with all sport. Great spot for a catch up to watch the footy and have a flutter on the TAB, bonus is the TV in the guys toilets so you dont miss a min of the action.

Always end up here for a dinner over summer at some stage as its always ok service but love the burritos :). Great spot for a family dinner as the menu has something for everyone even if you don't like mexican food. Its also got a bar and outdoor room with heaps of room for a bday party or larger family gatherings. Not too much happening in the bar area as most people come here to dine. Good size meals, love the chicken and cashew burrito, comes with a nice side salad and good amount of fries which i get instead of rice. Went over winter for a dinner and they have a nice fire going. Great spot for a dinner in the area

Great cafe and everyone knows to head there, always head here for lunch and they have amazing sandwiches, really big with heaps of filling, you can sit in but also get them to go which is handy. Lovely atmosphere here, really friendly people and also bound to see a few famous geelong faces there.

Just had a friends wedding here over the weekend and it was amazing, great place to hold and event of any sort. They have a cellor door there during the day and you can organise group tours by the looks of it. Anyway from my experience this palce was well organised and a beautiful spot for a event, they have a patio area with a wood fire pizza oven, barrels for decoration and stunning views over the farm lands and vineyard. Inside the shed which is lined with wine barrels to the roof is ample room for a sit down dinner and dance floor. Also bar inside and outside is toliets with windows over looking the vineyard. Awesome place

Really busy on the weekends and before and after any AFL games at the MCG. Its busy for a reason as its close to public transport and has two levels with loads of room. Upstairs has a nice outdoor deck and great for a drink, havent eaten here only got some typical bar snacks which were good. Good spot just get there early otherwise the line can be a bit of a wait.

For sure this deserves a wow, 5 out of 5. This little greek resturant is awesome, pretty tight inside and would reccomend booking a table for sure. Came on a Saturday nigth around 6 and it was already packed. Loved the food here and the service was great, its BYO wine and they have greek beers by the bottle to purchase. Get a dips to share and grilled cheese, then be careful how full you are cause the mains are huge serves. I had the spiced lamb, wasnt spicy and was beautiful, carved off the spit it was amazing. Heading back for sure!!

Always a winner when im in town, great spot with veiws out over ocean grove and the surf beach. Good menu with resonable prices for a great feed. Big place but in summer need to book ahead if you have a larger group. Friendly service and also does delivery around the area.

Great cafe/bakery along the main street in Barwon heads, it's not on the water but has a great outdoor seating area for a coffee and bacon and egg roll. The outdoor seating is under big trees and lovely on a Sunday morning. Service is great and the varieties of food is great. A nice relaxing place to sit and catch up with friends or a newspaper.

Eaten here a few times and all have been fairly good, nice place with heaps of different options on the menu to choose from. Pizza's here are really good but other than that food was lacking, had a chicken focaccia which was tastey but a really crunchy bun, ended up eating the filling only whihc was nice. Also the parma was pretty nice, big size and heaps of sides. The other thing was the service, its a hit and miss most seem uninterested and even had a one smoking out on the balcony with the door open with smoke drifting through other diners, wasnt a good look. Other times really attentive and happy to change a few things or find a nice seat outside on the balcony.

Went here before heading to the tennis the other day for breakfast as they always have a special on. The special was $28 pp which included breakfast (limited menu, which wasnt amazing, had about 3 items) with a drink then a return water taxi to rod laver main entrance for the tennis. This is really handy and its about a 15 min walk from southbank to the tennis or a easy boat ride. You also get a free beer or wine upon your return here which was nice after a day at the tennis. Would do it again maybe but wish they had more items on the menu to choose from the only downside to this.
