I Joined Jaron a couple of years ago after several attempts of trying to do it on my own at the Gym which just didn't suite my needs
Working with Jaron and being in a real team environment has been the best thing I have ever done.
Even though the 5.45am class during winter are somewhat a little chilly I don't have to think twice about getting up and going .
After being with Jaron for twelve months I joined the weight loss program and not only did I loss the weight so easily this has the best I have felt both mentally and physical for a long time, I would highly recommend the training and trainer !!!!
