Jane and Pavel offer a real old fashioned customer service that genuinely assist your needs in a most helpful way based on their knowledge from being in a carpet trade for many years - an invaluable asset. Their prices were also the lowest out of several quotes received. Their son Alex did a great installation - he was on time and very efficient.
