Worst experience i've had with an online purchase
They sent me a phone that didn’t work and have stalled for TWO MONTHS to send me a replacement; I still don't have a phone! I have escalated with Kogan, I have escalated with the TIO, I'm now at the point of just putting stuff up on social media / review sites online because their customer service doesn't have the ability to, you know, serve its customers.
Worst service ever, zero stars, 0/10 recommendation.
Approximate cost: $548
