If i could give 0 rating-i would.
The worst hair extension experience of my life.

I paid $2,000 for tape hair extensions that fell out within in 3 days.

I was then promised micro link extensions to replace the tape, i waited 3hrs for my extenions to arrive-had a bad gut feeling before the installation and asked for a refund (me wearing a loss $500) to walk away-so we were both not at a loss. Management stated NO REFUNDS ON HAIR EXTENSIONS. They admitted fault, but would still not provide me a refund

The hair extensions were NOT ash blonde, i hated the colour- not matching the photo i asked for. They assured me, I would get the promised look when it was ALL finished. Management also went MIA towards the end of the installation so i couldn't speak to him when my hair was finished.

The result... I was told that id have to wear my hair up in a pony tail (which looked fake) because it was so obvious the cut was not blended with my real hair. I was advised the extentions would only last 6mnths, where ive had healthy extentions for over 2yrs. So... I paid $2,000 for hair that i couldn't wear down, or up-as the cut wasnt blended making it look fake and the color was wrong. I was devastated...

Ive since had my extenstions removed, my hair is now broken, I've had 2 months worth of hair treatments before my new hair dresser will touch my hair. They were shocked at the micro weft which broke my hair. I asked Management at Ibiza for $1,500 refund, ME wearing $500 loss and management refused only offering $750, with threatening, abusive behavior that thier father was a judge and their brother was a lawyer as scare tactics. They also threatened me about leaving an honest rating and would take me to court for defamation.

I had to send a letter for VCAT, for them to agree to a refund $1,000 .... which im still out of pocket $1,000 PLUS additional costs to get my hair fixed, re-coloured and new hair to get the actual look i initially asked for.
---your 'abusive responses, that were not at all dealt with in a professional manner... but all about your personal issues' to my VCAT letter were apalling. im quite happy to attach these as proof

It was so much drama to deal with Management - stating they was crying while writing all of their letters-admitting fault-apologising for not being able to do my hair correctly, apparently their staff were having panic attacks, and had excuses of bad health to not pay the refund. All I hear is excuses, they are not Customer focussed when dealing with my situation.

Also having your so called lawyer, phone me to remove my honest review, and offering me more $$ to remove my review is DISGUSTING. The stress its caused me dealing with you muppets is totally unfair to a Customer paying over the TOP $$, and then having to pay MORE to rectify the job you were not capable of delivering

This is not a fake account, im not from another salon. I also have proof of the letter correspondance if they want to refute this.

If Ibiza really cared about the outcome of this situation, or cared about me as a Customer you wouldnt have been so rude, you stated you were at fault and still wouldn't provide a decent partial refund. Instead, you made the choice for me to be $1,000 out of pocket for something you couldn't deliver on, to which i now have to spend MORE $$ to rectify. This is not fair to ANY customer.

I would like to remind you , this is NOT defamation, but FACTS. This is one of the worst experiences ive ever had with my hair.
