I recently started going to Masci for my hair - the atmosphere is fantastic - very relaxing. The staff are friendly and its not too hard to get an appointment. They take their time and do a fantastic job. The prices are on the high side, but if you want to treat yourself this is definately the place to go!

Burger Lounge is by far the best place to go for burgers in Melbourne - way better than grilled! The service can be very slow, but they are so worth the wait. The thick cut chips are amazing. There is lots of variety on the menu and its a funky atmosphere.

I have been going to Krystal at Buff me Up for years for acrylic nails. They are always perfect and they last and last and last!! Highly recommended, ask for Krystal!

Staff were extremely rude. Prior to ordering bridesmaid dresses chosen well in advance by the bride, i fell pregnant. I asked the staff to help me choose another style in same colour/fabric, but was advised to stick with that style as they had had plenty of pregnant women in that dress. They also suggested ordering 3 sizes up. I ordered 4 sizes up, and when it arrived it was way to small over my belly and couldn't be altered to fit due to the style. I requested a refund as i had to then purchase another dress (after that one already cost $240). The staff refused a refund. They were very rude and would not negotiate. I was almost in tears in the shop. The dresses that the other girls bought all had the brooch sewn on a slightly different spot, 2 sewn on so that the waist band didn't even do up in the correct spot, and one had a completely uneven hem. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - BEWARE! My mother paid for a deal which was approx $50 for her carpets to be cleaned - not that cheap. They rarely answer the phone so she left several messages asking for an appointment. An appointment was finally made several weeks later!! Then on this day, they didn't show up! My mother then had to go through the whole booking process again. An appointment was made again. On the day of the appointment they called her to say they would be early, so she moved all the furniture out of every room again, then AGAIN they didn't show up! She called them back approx 7 times that afternoon but no answer. They refuse to respond to any messages now and refuse to issue a refund. This is the worst service i have experienced.
