Paul came recommended by the agent selling a house we were looking to buy as an investment property. We knew it needed a little bit of love but Paul was able to identify just how much love it was needing. Re-stumping, significant rot in decking and joists, plenty of asbestos and recent termite activity, along with many other less significant issues.
An initial phone call identifying some of the key issues at the time of inspection was followed up with a comprehensive written report and photos the next morning. We then had another lengthy phone call where Paul was able to discuss in more detail and identify some of the potential costs involved in rectifying the issues. We discussed our situation and Paul was also happy to offer his personal opinion regarding the suitability of the property for what we are after.
We decided to walk away and keep looking for another option. When the next potential purchase comes up I will be sure to be using Paul's services again.
