We have been using Alltel for several years now and find that we can work effectively and without stress, knowing that if we cannot answer calls when we are busy, that Alltel will take care of them and we don't lose business. Alltel prompt us to make changes to our services at holiday times so that their staff can answer appropriately. The 1300 phone number and diversion means that we have a professional number and calls come through to my mobile phone. That way I can answer enquiries where ever I am. This is vital as I am out of the office for so much of the time. We hire Alltel as our receptionist when we are not in. The centre is in Melbourne, which means they employ Australians (which is important for our economy), and the operators are easy to understand, and do not have tell-tale foreign accents which immediately alert a caller that their call has been diverted to a centre overseas. - Naomi Holtring, Director, InterMEDIATE Dispute Management Pty Ltd
