Would not recommend - unfortunately I booked a cleaning service without looking into reviews (so I should blame myself)

Terrible/poor standard of cleaning AND customer service;
- 3x2 meter balcony took 1.5-2hrs to lightly mop
I remopped with my own home equipment whilst they were still there to achieve a better result (15min mop)
- lied to me about cleaning the shower and rug, shower wasn't touched (condition was ok so i assume they thought they'd get away with not doing it) and rug was just lightly vacuumed when 2x bedrooms and rug was supposed to be shampooed.
- floors were left with clumps of dust everywhere as they simply mopped without proper vacuum.
- kitchen bench left with a film of cleaner (had to used cleaner over it twice after they left)

- supervision and checks needed the entire time. So don't leave them at your property without supervision.

In the end - I just told them to leave.

Overall, compensation was $20 (paid price was $383.00). Unsetting to find that there is a current promo code for a $20 discount anyway.

Absolute Rubbish. Back to reclean my own apartment.
