I had the worst experience with this gym, they refused to cancel my membership after I had a tear in my rotator cuff, even after I presented my medical certificate as requested in the terms and conditions. and they kept debiting my account after the 12 months contract, even though im not being able to attend physically. I would never recommend this gym to anyone.
