The reception staff are always welcoming. They bulk bill health care card holders which has been very helpful to me. There are many doctors available and my doctor is a good listener and willing to help. There is a bit of a wait, even if you have an appointment because this place gets quite busy.

The prices are a bit expensive but that is to be expected. However when I needed emergency care the receptionist and the nurse and doctor were empathetic and really cared about my condition. When I was ill it was 7am on a weekend so it was not busy and I was seen very quickly.

The owner is always happy for a chat and there are plenty of out of print and rare books in stock - I have found many a book here that I could not find elsewhere. The store is a bit crowded and books are stacked on the floor but it has an antique feel. The service is impressive and has a personal touch.

Compared to other Novo stores I have been to, this particular store has very cheap prices and frequent sales. Their shoes are durable and really last. The staff will approach you immediately and are happy to go out back and get different sizes and offer advice about your choices. They will share their experiences about the shoes as well and service is always friendly with a big smile.

The service varies but is mostly polite and helpful. There are lots of types of donuts and I love their sugar twists. Also if you hang around near closing time there's usually deals on cheap donuts. It is pretty crowded around the area though and not too much room to sit when it's busy.

Like any Maccas, this store is efficient and food is freshly cooked. Being in a food court though means it gets very crowded around lunchtimes with nowhere to sit and the queues get a bit disorderly as it is a small foodcourt. The staff are efficient and there are plenty of fresh menu choices. A family favourite.
