I went there shopping for a mattress and the service was fantastic. I didn't end up purchasing a mattress from them, because I found another one that was heavily discounted floorstock, but before I found that one, Forty Winks offered me the best price on the one I was looking at. I think if you're comparing regular prices (not floorstock discounts) they are very cheap. The staff are very knowledgable and keen to assist.

The service was comprehensive and the staff member really took time explaining to me the pros and cons of the mattresses I wanted to choose from. The price was very cheap and when I called to arrange delivery it was done the very next day. I was impressed with the efficiency of the service and the dedication of the staff.
