My husband and i use to meet up here for lunch together on our lunch breaks at work. But we stopped it because the food in the end was horrible. It was lovely at first and the staff were lovely but they did all of sudden go down hill. I wouldnt go here again unless their food had a big improvement.

I love the chips and gravy at this place. When i was pregnant i use to come here every week just for chips and gravy. The staff however can be quite rude. It is a nightmare to go at lunch time so best for morning or afternoon. Their chicken balls also use to be nice. I loved this place but after having my baby and getting a quick snack while out shopping i found the staff started to go down hill and had no customer service skills at all.
I highly recommend their chips and gravy though!

This place is amazing, I love all their items. But there chocolate mousse is amazing, yummy. the staff are lovely and their food is great. My husband tried a slice and he said it was the best slice he has ever tried. I cant wait to go back for more.

I sent my husband here for a hair cut after him having a bad experience at another hair dresser and these guys rock! His hair came out fantastic and 10x better then when he went in. They are polite bubbly people which makes a good hairdresser. Thank goodness my husband looked good for the wedding photo. All thanks to these guys!!

I was searching online for a hairdresser as i had a family wedding coming up. I went to Vanilah for a hair freshen up and new style. The lady i dealt with was great. She was polite and took her time to say what would and wouldnt work for my style of face and explained how this style would be great for a wedding. I couldnt believe a hairdresser would take their time to explain such things. I would highly recommend this place and wish there was a higher star rating system so i could give them more stars.

I sent my mother inlaw here for a glamour up as had a very bad experience at a another salon. I was recommended this place by a friend. I have to say WOW this place is amazing. The staff were happy polite. My mother in law came out shining with excitment as to how it had all went. They made her special day even more special.
I would give this place more then 5 stars if i could!

I sent my husband in here to get a haircut as a friend recommended it. He will never be returning and either would i. His hair looked worse then what he went in with. It looked as though he didn't have a hair cut and when he brought it up saying it isnt as short as i would like it he got a rude response. This place needs to learn manners and show respect to their customers. Word of mouth in Ballarat is a powerful tool.
I would not recommend at all.

when we was in a hunt for a furry friend we got recommended to go to these guys. They had a breed of puppy that we was looking for. They told us to get to know the puppy and to see if it would like us etc. But the puppy was a nervous wreck it was weeing everywhere and all over us. When we told them we would have to think about it they were very pushy trying to get us to put down a deposit and was using sale lines to make us feel guilty. We left there and have never been back since due to that. I wouldnt recommend it at all.

I sent my husband in here to get some dog food for our dog as all the other pet stores in the wyndham area was busy we couldnt find a park. They were ever helpful and and gave my husband a discount on the food due to having to drive around and not being able to get it from anywhere.
We havent been back since due to use now buying our dog food online in bulk but i would go back any time i was not able to find it.

we have brought a number of christmas presents for our little fur family member. The staff has alway been lovely and very helpful finding the right products that we know our little guy will eat. They have always been helpful when i have called and they have always offered to order things in if i cant find what i am looking for. I highly recommend going here
