I never name people when I complain because I believe that would be counterproductive. I am only writing this to let them know that this not the way to treat patients (such that they are able to rectify the problems). The doctors whom we visited were rude and unprofessional. They failed to do the first thing you would expect a doctor to do, listen to the patient, at least for one minute uninterrupted. I only went there again because they said that was the only way I could have a copy of my test results. I highly doubt they are professionals. We were two people and each time it took them less than five minutes while for others it took much much longer. I am still trying to understand why we were treated like that because we always highly respect everybody, especially doctors.
