All of the staff at McDowall Vet have been wonderful to us. Their diagnosis is always spot on, Rob picked up a tumor in my dog that another vet had missed, all of the staff were very compassionate when we lost her.

It has been unfortunate that my new puppy has hip dysplasia, but I can't say enough for the way everyone has been. Rob explained everything thoroughly to us and listened to any questions we had for him in regards to her surgery. Tara called us as soon as her surgery was finished to let us know how she was doing and was there when we picked her up to go through all of the post surgery treatment. They are happy for you to ring if you have any concerns about your pet.

We are absolutely over the moon with our dogs progress, you would never know that she has had anything wrong with her hip, I am so happy that I found this vet and feel at ease when my dogs are in their care.
