Our ducted gas heater was due for a service so we called upon Andrew at Home and Garden again.
Part of the service involved a check for Co2 emission which unfortunately revealed an unacceptable result and led to us having to replace the unit. Not the best situation mid-winter!
However thanks to Andrew and his team, within 3 working days we had a replacement heater, fitted and running again.
