Emir from Toplock dropped by our apartment last Friday to sort out a broken key inside a lock, on a bi-fold door assembly that wouldn't close properly.
Adopting all covid-safe procedures, he explained the issue and possible solutions to rectify the problem.
In a matter of minutes, including racing down to a depot for spare parts, Emir had the door working like new.

At first, I was very skeptical about seeing Natasha, as I'm pretty much a meat 'n potatoes type of guy. But the wife insisted and paid for three sessions, so I decided to go.

By the end of the third session, I was a different person, for the better.

She has an uncanny ability to ask the right questions that allow one to hit their own 'eureka' moments on their own. Many moments, I wondered where Natasha's line of questioning was leading, only to realise that I was already midway through resolving my own issues.

She has great empathy and spirit and you can feel the understanding and care every time you are engaged with her.

I may have to engineer some more personal issues just to go through that delightful journey with her again.

Ivan from Eleconnect called at the expected time and penciled in a delivery & installation of a new oven, and the removal of the old one.

At time of delivery, his young team arrived on time and handled themselves with utmost courtesy. Despite carrying a heavy oven up 3 flights of stairs, these guys did it with care and super efficiency. They removed the old unit and made sure the oven area was cleaned thoroughly before installing the new unit.

Once the new oven was installed, they took the time to run me through the basic controls and running-in procedure for this particular model. It's reassuring to know your installers know each make and model of appliance they fit. All this in 20 minutes!

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ivan's crew at Eleconnect. In fact, we're used to purchasing from Aplliances Online but from now on, we'll do our shopping at The Good Guys in Essendon if it means we have Eleconnect looking after all our installations.
