I go into Big W regularly and always go there to get my photos printed there, not only are the prices incredible, the quality is good but most of all the service is just great. I always get confused and there is always someone there to go through things with me , to help and guide me and never make me feel like and idiot. Once I was chatting to my husband about some fames,, (they have a great selection) and within 5-7 minutes the young man said they were done. just great and so many choices of sizes, matt or gloos, border or none . I paid about $3.60 for a wad of photos today and thought why not give them a pat on the back.

i went in to bargain city to buy a small wall unit I"d bought previously. finding what i wnt I took it to the counter only to be told that although it was priced at $10.00 on the ticket it was in actual fact $15.00. I said that the price that is on te item should be the price I should pay, she said no because its assembled. I went out and waited for the manageress to come in and she took me down to the shelf display (about 20 of them all marked with $10.00) on them , took me around the other side and said there is a piece of paper there that says $15 if assembled I said then that should be on every item not just one on one of the four sides of the display. she shrugged her shoulders and said if I wanted it , to pay te $15 and walked off. I rang bargain city at chermside and spoke to a lovely lad who said that was a fact and that they had an A4 piece of paper on EVERY unit stating that. NEVER walking in bargain city again at STAFFORD HEIGHTS and boy have them missed out on money as we pop in there about 4-5 times a week for odds and ends and I've told my daughter NEVER to shop in there which is where she goes for all party supplies, card, xmas wrap cards etc. BAD BUSINESS BArgain city.

for me , I got the young lad who was lovely but the woman (who he told me was the manageress). let "8" people pile up behind me whilst she swept the floor and counted many $50 notes out. I said to him where is the manager of the store and he pointed to her . I said in a voice loud enough for her to hear "would you not think she could count her takings later when she'd served some of the MANY customers banked up. I had been served a week prior not realising what position she held and was appalled at the lack of filling on my roll I kept asking for more bits and pieces as I couldnt believe this was sizzler that I'd always classed as fantastic value and probably the best take away health wise. This manageress needs to be spoken to by head office because it was like "I'm not here to serve, I own the place"
