I shop at Autograph regularly and I find the service by most of their employees fabulous. they have a lovely manager there who is so attentive, helpful and chatty that you feel you've made a friend when you leave. I always wait for things to go on special and being on a pension makes their specials right into my price range. 95% of my wardrobe is from them and most gifts for the bigger friends and family members are alway from autograph. Oh and I love their reward card. I've walked out with an outfit that started out at 69.95, reduced right down and then my loyalty card points bring the prices down to as low as 9.95

Went there for the Melbourne Cup luncheon. As we'd been to a few and paid quite a substantial amount of dollars we thought we'd give this one a try but we were dubious with the price being quite cheap. To say we were pleasantly surprised was an understatement. We were seated within about 15 minutes which really wasnt bad considering we were right on the tail of a bus load of people. We were offered orange juice or champers on our arrival and although the line up for seafood was very long we were allowed to go up for food from the opposite size to an incredible display of about 40+ dishes. Food was really quite good, served nice and hot, nice prawns followed with oysters then a choice of about 15 deserts with different onces coming out all the time and we were offered more champagne later. Overall . definitly going next year !!

After trying another pizza place last week as they had a $4.95 special (and being less than impressed) I thought i'd try the specials that Eagleboys had to offer. VERY impressed, great base good amount of topping and wasnt left feeling like I'd just had a serving of cardboard with something resembling cheese on it. Ordered 4 as there were 5 of us and enough left for a meal the next day because they were substantial.

Wow i just had the best, meatiest pie ever. Lovely smiling service. great coffee. all the latest magazines and newspapers to read. Going to go at night as they have a wood fire pizza oven and if their pies and cakes are anything to go by, I'm in for a treat

I ordered the sizzling steak in honey and chilli and was really happy with it. my partner ordered a stock pot and was happy with that also but our guest ordered a combination sweet and sour and as we all shared . Mine was so piping hot you could tell it had gone from the stove to the plate. the stock pot was nice but the combniation sweet and sour was as though it was from a bain marie out the back all pre done. NOT one piece was piping hot and some was bordering on cold. all different temeratures for each one and very very disappointing , when something is done and you get it done immedietly and its in a batter its nigh on burning your mouth hot. This was exceptionaly disappointing. if i want that type of food I'd go to a food court. We ordered nothing else as we found the entree prices a bit over the top for what you got and we didnt order rice as boiled rice for the 3 of us would have cost over $9 !!!!!!

Went for the buffet on sunday and it was quite good . Service was good and staff very attentive. from memory the savory food has decreased in options and the deserts seemed to have increased. they had a pancake maker there which i didnt get to try as when i went the first time it had clogged up and when i went the second time there were about 10 people in line and i didnt feel like queuing for half an hour . Not bad but no real atmosphere. Sometimes bowls of food ran out with about a teaspoon of something left in the bottom. think they coudl just lift their game a little bit but overall I'd say quite good and would go again for lunch. Bit pricey for their seafood nights though.

I went in over the weekend recently to look at purchasing a pup. Wow the service i received was above any i've had before , the manageress there was a lovely girl who gave me so much information, talked me through the foods , the toilet training. I wish I'd been given that much information when I had my daughter !!! We discussed buying a few things they recommend which I took on board and I'm glad I did. things have worked out so well and its not like once they've made the sale they arnt interested in you anymore , any questions I've had , have been dealt with patience and understanding . You can tell , the puppies health and well being are utmost in their thoughts and it shows. Would never go anywhere else when we intend to add to our puppy family.

Love the food here, traditional , good choices. quick service. . I'd like to see some indian desert on their buffet not jelly and fruit salad with carton custard, that is a huge let down. for what they charge on their buffet the need to look at that. we take visitors there and they love it. please please do some indian desserts though.

They are pretty new and I don't think they'll last. I have been their twice and today was not good. I had the chicken skewers , which , taste wise are fantasti, so good I had a second lot. first one piping hot, second one VERY cold which made me wonder how many hours it had sat there, second one was some little pastie shaped things, COLD, then i had 4 little deep fried ( I think the call them money bags) ICED cold. paid my bill and left. Are you asking why I didnt complain there and then about the cold food because there is a sign there saying food is cold they will reheat ! ARE YOU KIDDING, re fry the food.

A;ldi ticks the boxes for price and value but the amount of buisness they must use for only having 1 check out open until you have to ask for another one to open is just beyond a joke. they must be taught that once someone has requested another check out to be open that they then direct them to another check out and then wait for a minimum of 10 -15 seconds before actually ringing the bell for someone to come out, by that time there are two aisles full of trolleys and tutting people. I've walked out of aldi and left full trolleys before because my time is valuable and many times i look at the length of the queue before walking in and change my mind and go to woolworths instead. I've spoken to many people and that is their one beef about aldi.
