I just wanted to thank John for his great work and attitude! After getting back to me first thing this morning (after leaving a msg the evening before), he was able to fit me in during the morning for an emergency repair. He was upfront and reasonable with the cost and was most generous with his time, to explain to me what was required.
I would happily call on Johns expertise again and plan on recommending him to others!
