I bought online, delivery time was fine. Pre sales support was great. Post purchase The Model NT510 Pro Holden did not do what it was stated online that it would. Multiple requests for support from supplier and Foxwell Aust went totally unanswered. Foxwell PRC via download tool online support ticket finally responded with inaccurate and impossible to understand excuses for device not able to support functions listed in its specification. Now attempting to return for full refund but making no progress. This device or the Holden Software is either faulty or the stated functionality is incorrectly advertised . DO NOT buy this model until this stated functionality is actually proven to work on your vehicle.
DO NOT rely on support to assist you in resolving Live Test Live data or Actuator Test functions using Holden Software. This appears to be a scanner (read only device), regardless of what is stated in it's functionality list.
