Have used this supplier for the last few years for general servicing of my home desktop computer and recently for a laptop we have purchased. On each occasion I have had a need to use their services I am impressed by the speed in which they address my problem (mostly while I am standing at the counter explaining what is wrong). The people there explain to me in layman terms what the problem is and what is required to fix it. As far as their pricing is concerned I have had occasions where they have looked at my desktop computer and found something that they describe as minor (not to me as the computer did not work) and have not charged me a cent for their service. Most recently this company replaced the entire mother board in my desktop computer for free because I took out an extended warranty last year when I had an annual service carried out on my computer. Not bad when you take into account that the computer was not bought from this company in the first place. I travel 20min from my home town to this supplier because of his service and would strongly recommend his business to anyone wishing to purchase, repair or upgrade any type of computer.
