Water flow from the kitchen tap was insufficient to get the gas hot water going (an on demand system). They arrived on the same day at the time specified (very impressive for a tradie). We talked options and we ended up replacing the low flow tap with a higher flow one that he had in the van - Euro quality tap - price included installation. Waived the initial fee for diagnosing the problem and only charged for the tap and its installation. Clean tradie - very personable and did not try to oversell or take us for a ride.
