Granny flat 3 yrs old with $55,000 worth of defects and non compliance, black toxic mould in roof and sub flooring as webbing not done in wet areas Tiles spot glued on , waterproofing not up to standard, no flashing or gradient on gutters, house is not level and the list goes on , there response to me and my dying mother ( the reason we built to look after her) except for get you lawyers ready , as if I have done something wrong ,trying intimidate two elders females, they seem to be excellent at that !! This is not lie or scam as they have accused others of , I have all evidence/ reports/ photos
